I am Director of the Criminal Law Division at LHD Lawyers and have been working for the rights of individuals and organisations for many years.
I have extensive court room experience, and coupling that with my post graduate qualifications I am able to quickly identify the compelling legal issues and formulate an early defence strategy.
My criminal defence advocacy and skills include defending individuals or corporations who have breached a criminal law or regulation including those charged with WorkCover (OH&S), Prosecutions and Environmental Prosecutions.
